The Libra guarantee gives the consumers complete peace of mind in that they have purchased a high quality product from the Brand leaders in the industry. We proudly guarentee all the products manufactured or distributed by us and will gladly replace or repair free of charge any defective product provided the following conditions are adhered to:
- All products must be unwrapped, the protective foil removed and then completely checked for any manufacturing faults eg scratches, burn marks, blemishes etc prior to installation. A large warning sticker to this effect is stuck to the floor of each bath as a reminder for the installer
- We do not accept any liability for removal or refit costs. These costs arise from the above point not being carried out
- Proper care and cleaning instructions followed
- Damage caused by handling, despatching and transporting of goods will not be guarenteed
- Where products are incorrectly installed or not installed to our specification requirements
- Where our products are not installed by competent registered plumbers or the case of Spas by qualified installers who have been through our factory training course.
- In the event of a claim a detailed claim form showing date of purchase, plumber, merchant etc must be forward to us attaching the proof of purchase.
Our guarantee period extends from date of purchase from the merchant as follows:
Twyford Ceramics: 25 years
Acrylic baths and basins: 5 years
Acylic baths with Amanzanite Armourcote: 20 years
Acrylic Spa Shells: 3 years
Spa Pump systems: 1 year
Cistern fittings: 1 year |
